Veterans Day Breakfast

Illinois Lutheran School will be hosting a Veterans Day Breakfast on Friday, November 6, from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM. It will take place at the high school (1610 Main St, Crete, IL), and a light breakfast will be served. Veterans are welcome to bring a spouse or family member.

Illinois Lutheran Elementary 1st & 2nd Grade Students will be singing patriotic songs. There will also be information from Mr. David Brown, a Veterans Outreach Program Specialist, and information from Mr. Chuck Eckel, an Honor Flight Ambassador. Thrivent Financial provides food and beverages.

All Veterans are welcome to bring photos, medals, or any memorabilia. If any Veteran is comfortable speaking about their service to the students and the group, they are welcome to do so. Food donations from Alicia's House are also provided.
