Blood Drive

Illinois Lutheran School is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday, October 8, from 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM. This drive will be held on Versiti’s mobile coach and is located at the High School & Junior High campus at 1610 Main Street, Crete, IL 60417.

Appointments are preferred, walk-ins are welcome as well. You must be 16 years of age or older to donate. If you are 16, you must have a guardian’s signed permission slip, which can be found at www.versiti.org under their resources tab, or you may contact Mrs. Van Arnold for a copy of the document.

You can sign up by going to www.versiti.org/IL and searching “60417” in the zip code. You’ll find the ILHS blood drive listed for October 8. You must bring a photo ID to your appointment. Please contact Katty Van Arnold at kvanarnold@ilschargers.org for more information or assistance.
