Blood Drive
Let us all share the hope that we have every day of our lives. Give hope to someone who needs your vital blood donation. Your one whole blood donation can save as many as THREE lives. Illinois Lutheran High School will be hosting its first blood drive of 2025 on Wednesday, February 19 in the high school gymnasium (1610 Main St, Crete, IL 60417). Please enter through the front school entrance when you arrive.
Blood donation takes about 1 hour from beginning the screening questions through the post-donation check period to ensure a healthy response to donation. Appointments are preferred, however, walk-in’s are absolutely welcome.
You must be 16 years of age or older to donate. If you are 16, you must have a signed parental permission slip, which can be found at www.versiti.org under their resources tab, or you may contact Chloe Robbert for a copy of the document. You can sign up by going to www.versiti.org/IL and searching for the ILHS blood drive on February 19th. You must bring a photo ID to your appointment. If you have any issues signing up for an appointment, please contact Chloe Robbert (crobbert@ilhs.org) for more information/assistance.
